Singapore Airlines is named the World’s Best Airline at the 2018 World Airline Awards, with Qatar Airways ranked 2nd and ANA in 3rd place at the Skytrax world airline awards.
Why Skytrax awards?
Skytrax awards are billed as the Oscars of air travel and is the only independent and impartial awards process not influenced by sponsors and based on customer survey and votes. 1. Singapore Airlines – World’s Best Airlines for 2018!

2. Qatar Airways

3. ANA All Nippon Airways
ANA All Nippon Airways is the largest airline in Japan. Founded in 1952, ANA flies to around 80 international routes and over 110 domestic routes. ANA has been a member of Star Alliance since 1999. Its Frequent Flyer Program, ANA Mileage Club, has more than 29 million members. ANA was the launch customer and is the biggest operator of the Boeing 787.
4. Emirates

6. Cathay Pacific Airways
The Hong Kong-based Cathay Pacific Group offers scheduled passenger and cargo services to over 200 destinations in Asia, North America, Australia, Europe and Africa, using a fleet of close to 200 aircraft. Cathay Pacific is a founder member of the oneworld global alliance and Cathay Dragon is an affiliate member.
7. Lufthansa
Dr Andreas Otto, Product Manager of the Lufthansa Group for the premium airlines and Chief Commercial Officer of Austrian Airlines, thanked their customers for this vote of confidence and the employees for their commitment and customer orientation. “We are well aware of the challenge of living up to this award at all times. 8. Hainan Airlines

9. Garuda Indonesia
The President of Garuda Indonesia, Mr Pahala N. Thai Airways is the flag carrier airline of Thailand, formed in 1988. Thai Airways is a founding member of the Star Alliance.
